Wednesday.

It has always been the best day throughout my life.

Primary School Years: The day we have badminton and science club. 

  The day Mom let me watch my shows at night

 BM tuition where we get to watch Disney Channel (I'm damn sad ok  because my mom prohibited Astro in our house)

Secondary School Years(Form1-Form3): Badminton practice!!! 

       Track and Field!!!

                                  Mrs Ang's tuition!!!(She damn cool old lady ok)

  No need to go back with crazy driver.

Form 4-Form5: ICT class (Best subject with awesome teacher)

     Chill day. 

     

College Days: Either I have 1 class or 4 classes. But the former I get to leave early and the latter  I get to sleep in.

Uni Days: CLINICAL SKILLS!!!!and soon to be Selective day. This day if we don't have    clinicals/Tanglin visit...bye bye!!!!

Holidays: Mr Khaw's surgery marathons. (Effin awesome)

Yep, it's been so long that pigs are sneezing.

And Carol's hair grew longer

And she watched her first surgery.

Uhuh you've heard me. I saw it right in front of my eyes. I'm currently attached (not romantically) to Mr Khaw for this sem break. Being an orthopaedic surgeon's student, I get to watch him operate and stand next to him.

That first time is just euphoric. I mean it's like this huge high after seeing him making an incision of the skin and doing seemingly gruesome procedures but all to me seems magical, fascinating and just remarkable.

So far, I learned about the Trigger finger. occurs when the motion of the tendon that opens and closes the finger is limited, causing the finger to lock or catch as the finger is extended.

Nodule or thickening in the flexor tendon of the figure. The thicken nodule on the tendon strikes the tunnel, making it difficult to extend the finger.

And there was also the broken knee cap (patella)

the scribbles thingy is supposingly the wires that connect the broken pieces of the kneecap together. heh.

And of course, the carpal tunnel syndrome

Fruit for thought: Don't use the mouse too often. Meaning don't use the comp for too long.

Don't want to end up like the above don't you?

Today, 8th May 2009 is the epic moment for not only us but Wendy's. This is the day where the forgotten mascot of Wendy's decided to get a taste of his own 'medicine'

Kinda funny today. We used my car since I have the season pass to head to Pyramid. After all I said hey let's eat Wendy's for once. JB actually complied in the end. So I drove la. Carrmen didn't join us but Matt wanted to and so he waited for me at the front entrance. Then I drive la, but it's at the opposite end. Refer illustration below to understand the joke.
